Greatest poet that ever lived in my book. The Second Coming and The Cloths of Heaven are my two favorite poems. They are so very different its hard to imagine them coming from the same quill. An amazing man.
The most evocative poet of all time, and when you consider his plays, his writings on folklore and myth, truly a giant.
I like your blog a lot, btw, it's a recent discovery. I think I got the heads up on Yeats' birthday when I visited you that morning. Or it may have been this site. http://www.todayinliterature.com/index.asp
"Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing."
